This person has some background in software engineering and is qualified to write production code with limited supervision. This person will be expected to learn the software development lifecycle practices, methods, conventions, and standards of the computer industry as executed within Construx. This person is either recently out of school or has 1-2 years work experience somewhere else. Teamwork skills are very good.
